Brandon Russell, founder of Verve Biotech, has over 12 years of experience working with animals in a laboratory setting and vaccine research, development, manufacturing, and licensure. Additionally, Brandon has over 25 years experience with keeping and maintaining scorpions, spiders, reptiles, and amphibians. The unique combination of experience in biologics combined with herpetology and entomology fueled by passion and an unrelenting drive to push innovation has positioned Verve Biotech to be a cutting edge leader in the venom research field.

Brandon has over 12 years of experience designing and executing studies involving animals and 7 years of experience serving on IACUC committees including time as the IACUC chairperson for two companies including one that is AAALAC accredited.
